When you OneRequest a car, we contact the dealer for you to ask about price and availability (and anything else you'd like to know). You learn about specific cars without divulging your personal contact info. Most other sites require you to exchange personal information for answers to vehicle-specific inquiries. After the dealer responds, you choose your next steps. You can continue using our unique communication system that allows you to correspond with the dealer directly and anonymously . In all cases, your email and personal information are masked. Or, skip the DIY and choose from one of our amazing vehicle buying services.
Yes. All messages with dealers through OneRequest will your anonymous username (instead of your actual name). We recommend a username that does not contain any personal identifying information about you. You are not permitted to include profane, vulgar, or offensive terms in your anonymous username.
